The UFCS Implant system has exactly the same functionality as the depot system. With added features that are more relevant to a customer site rather than a depot site. All customer implants are automatically updated with routing and depot changes when they upload their information to the main UFCS depot system.

- Automated Consignment entry - Configurable Polling import from your customers Order processing system. Automatic label generation requiring little or no user input.
- Consolidation - Configurable to allow multiple shipments throughout the day to be consolidated as one consignment.
- Track and Trace (POD's) - Customers can receive delivery information, generated by the depot, with the same facilities as the depot system.
- Delivery manifest - Listing consignments of that days despatch.
- Report production - Providing historical consignment lists, and/or tracking information.
- Order Hold & Forward orders - Consignment entry and label generation, enabling storage of goods to be shipped at a later date.
- Collections - Customer collection request input, with generation of data files and documentation specific to each carrier.
- Multiple Reference Numbers - Storage of multiple order or part numbers against one consignment, permitting later search by these numbers to determine the shipment each item was despatched within.
- Order picker information - Retain details of the operative who picked/packed each consignment.
- Customer for Life! - There's no such thing, but by providing them value added services and functionality they cannot obtain elsewhere, they are more reliant on you as a supplier, and less likely to be poached.
