Recognising the nature of the industry we work in, our support extends beyond the normal 9 to 5 day, making our assistance available to you when you need it, with telephone, dial-up, or web support.

Part of this support service is to ensure all routing and all costing is correct, no matter how may carriers you are involved with. The UFCS system at your site can connect to our FTP server at least once a day, and all changes will be automatically updated. This includes depot routing, service availability, carrier costs, depot changes and contact changes. All this makes sure that your consignments are accurately sent on their way.

We have many years of experience in the industry, working with a variety of carriers and distribution companies. Dealing with the associated array of operational and technical challenges incumbent to our role, we are in a position to offer a wealth of assistance with regard to associated ‘I.T’ or business issues.
